Senior UI Developer

The Role: Achieve technical leadership

Job Summary:

We seek a seasoned Senior UI Developer with deep expertise in React.js and modern front-end technologies to lead the development of intuitive, scalable, and maintainable web interfaces.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop high-quality, reusable React.js components.
  • Translate Figma designs into clean, responsive front-end code.
  • Implement modern CSS practices using tools like SCSS, CSS Modules, Tailwind, or styled-components.
  • Maintain design consistency, accessibility (WCAG), and cross-browser compatibility.
  • Optimize UI performance and implement best practices for scalability and maintainability.
  • Collaborate closely with designers, product managers, and backend engineers.
  • Contribute to the development of UI standards, component libraries, and design systems.
  • Participate in code reviews, mentor junior developers, and provide technical guidance.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of professional experience in UI/front-end development.
  • Expertise in React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
  • Strong experience with converting Figma designs into production-ready code.
  • Solid understanding of responsive design, CSS architecture, and component-based development.
  • Experience with CSS frameworks (Tailwind, Bootstrap, etc.) and CSS-in-JS solutions.
  • Familiarity with Ruby on Rails and integrating with Rails-based backends.
  • Knowledge of front-end testing frameworks like Jest, React Testing Library.
  • Good understanding of Git workflows, Agile development, and CI/CD processes.
