Technical Lead Position

The role of Technical Lead involves designing and developing the frontend architecture of our platform, which utilizes artificial intelligence (AI) and automation to revolutionize financial reporting and analytics.

You will be responsible for crafting a fast, lightweight, and scalable UI that enhances user experience. This includes architecting and implementing frontend solutions using React, HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript, as well as optimizing performance to ensure the platform is responsive under high traffic conditions.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Designing and implementing frontend architectures using React, HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript.
  • Optimizing the performance of the platform to ensure responsiveness under high traffic conditions.
  • Writing clean, modular, and reusable code adhering to best practices in frontend development.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver features that meet user expectations.
  • Staying updated with the latest frontend technologies and trends, bringing innovative ideas to the team.
  • Identifying and fixing bugs, performance issues, and bottlenecks in the platform.

We are looking for a highly skilled Technical Lead with:

  • At least 7 years of hands-on experience in frontend development, with a focus on React.
  • Expertise in HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
  • A proven track record of building high-performance, scalable web applications.
  • Experience with component-based architecture and state management libraries.
  • Strong understanding of browser performance optimizations and best practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
