Job Title: Senior Frontend Developer

Job Summary:

Design and build high-performance, scalable, and responsive web applications using JavaScript/TypeScript and the React ecosystem.

Work closely with backend developers, product managers, and designers to deliver a seamless user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and maintaining the complete user interface (GUI) using JavaScript/TypeScript and the React ecosystem.
  • Integrating frontend components into the Liferay CE 7.4.x platform.
  • Connecting the entire frontend to services by working with REST API clients.
  • Collaborate with the backend team to ensure a smooth user experience.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
  • Conduct code reviews.

Requirements:

  • 5-8 years of hands-on experience in frontend development.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and the React framework.
  • Experience with REST APIs and understanding OpenAPI specifications.
  • Working knowledge of GitOps, including managing infrastructure changes via pull requests.
  • Daily use of Docker for local development with docker compose.
  • Familiarity with Kubernetes from a user perspective.
  • Ability to read and understand Jenkins pipelines.
  • Basic understanding of OpenSearch (Elasticsearch).
  • Experience with Liferay CE 7.4.x and Java is a major advantage.
  • Familiarity with responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Candidate should be based in Delhi NCR.
