Job Title

Banking Operations Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Banking Operations Manager to lead our branch operations team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in banking processes, regulations, and guidelines across retail products.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the branch operations team to deliver consistent and superior levels of service to all customers.
  • Implement process improvements and ensure adherence to quality standards.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including sales teams and product managers.
  • Collaborate with the business management team to achieve business objectives and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  • Sponsor training and development programs to enhance staff skills and capabilities.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to inform business decisions.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in banking operations, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of driving process improvements and enhancing customer satisfaction.
  • Strong understanding of banking regulations and guidelines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
