Financial Operations Manager

Our organization seeks a highly skilled Accounts and Financial Manager to oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable and receivable, general ledger, and reconciliations.
- Manage financial statements in compliance with industry standards.
- Handle GST-related matters, ensuring timely compliance and effective communication with stakeholders.
- Coordinate foreign Letters of Credit (LCs) processes, adhering to RBI and import/export regulations.
- Liaise with banks for credit renewals, limit extensions, and maintain strong banking relationships.
Key responsibilities include:
- Prepare accurate financial reports, analysis, and insights for strategic business growth.
- Ensure the organization adheres to all relevant financial laws and regulations.
- Maintain cash flow management, budgeting, and financial forecasting.
- Support senior management with financial analysis and reporting as needed.
To excel in this role, candidates must possess:
- Comprehensive knowledge of accounting principles and financial management.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and financial reporting tools.
- Effective communication skills for coordinating with banks and internal teams.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and leadership qualities.
Preferred qualifications include:
- Experience working in the infrastructure sector or related industries.
- Knowledge of financial instruments and international trade compliance.
