  • We are seeking a skilled Test Automation Specialist to support our team in Bengaluru. This role offers the opportunity to work on meaningful projects, collaborate with talented colleagues, and contribute to the success of a growing company.
  • The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of Quality Assurance experience on enterprise level applications including Data Engineering, Data Warehouse Testing.
  • Strong knowledge of Azure, ADF, ADB, Synapse is desired.
  • Experience with automation of QA testing using Databricks, building reusable functions and classes is required.
  • The ability to write complex PySpark and SQL queries, determine the types of testing that must be conducted (i.e., data validation, regression, etc.), and create a comprehensive test plan that supports business and technological solutions being delivered is essential.
  • Should have experience testing multiple test phases in medium to large projects.
  • Should have adequate experience and clear understanding of data warehouse and data mart testing.
  • Identification and Test Data Preparation Techniques.
  • Extensive exposure to Back-end/ETL Testing with high-level of SQL skills is required.
  • Should have exposure to large data sets and understand Data Quality Framework.
  • Experience in data analysis, including profiling, auditing, balancing, and reconciliation, in an information technology operating environment.
  • Defect tracking experience (i.e. Jira, Bugzilla, etc)
  • Experience in tuning SQL queries, Stored Procedures, Views, etc for performance improvements.
  • Knowledge of data models and entity relationship diagrams.
  • Knowledge and experience in data masking methodologies - Familiar with Meta Data Management tools.
  • Must have the ability to multi-task and adapt quickly to changes while maintaining urgency in completing assigned tasks.
  • Should be detail oriented with analytical mind set.
