  • Automation Architecture: Architect enterprise-level automation solutions using WebdriverIO, TypeScript, Cucumber, Jenkins, GitLab, npm.
  • Framework Standardization: Standardize automation frameworks across projects to maximize reusability and efficiency.
  • Quality Embedment: Collaborate with Scrum Masters, Product Owners, Developers, and DevOps to ensure quality is embedded at every stage of the SDLC.
  • CICD Integration: Drive CI/CD integration of automation pipelines with GitLab and Jenkins.
  • Test Planning: Lead QA planning, execution, and reporting using Zephyr integrated with JIRA.
  • Multi-Environment Testing: Oversee test execution across multi-environment setups (Dev, Staging, Pre-production).
  • Test Governance: Establish test governance, defect triage processes, and release sign-off procedures.
  • Monitoring and Troubleshooting: Drive usage of Kibana logs for proactive monitoring and troubleshooting.
  • SAP E-commerce Testing: Oversee and improve testing for SAP E-commerce back office applications.
  • Culture of Quality: Foster a culture of quality, automation-first mindset, and agile collaboration.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in automation frameworks, process governance, team management, and agile delivery.

• Strong technical skills in programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, or Java.

• Experience with automation tools like WebdriverIO, Selenium, Appium, etc.

• Good understanding of software development life cycles and agile methodologies.

• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing requirements.
