About the Role

The Senior Enterprise Sales Director will be responsible for leading the B2B sales team and driving growth in the corporate and educational sectors. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in IT sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with key decision-makers.

Key Accountabilities

  1. Develop and execute business strategies to drive growth in the B2B vertical, focusing on corporate and educational sales.
  2. Manage and motivate the B2B sales team to achieve sales targets.
  3. BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH EXISTING CLIENTS TO ENSURE HIGH LEVELS OF CUSTOMER SATISFACTION AND LOYALTY.
  4. EXPLORE NEW MARKETS AND EXPAND THE COMPANY'S PRESENCE IN EXISTING MARKETS WITHIN TAMIL NADU, KARNATAKA, KERALA, AND MAHARASHTRA.
  5. Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to create tailored solutions that meet customer needs.
