Job Title: Business Development Leader

RoundGlass is seeking a highly experienced Business Development Leader to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our client base.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies that align with the overall business objectives.
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire the sales team to enhance their performance and meet sales targets.
  • Develop and implement a customer service strategy that emphasizes prompt and effective issue resolution.
  • Oversee the customer service team to ensure excellent service delivery and adherence to established procedures.
  • Define and prioritize market segments, customer base, and targeted industry verticals.
  • Create a robust channel network, alliances, and partnerships for selling RoundGlass products to customers.
  • Manage key business development initiatives, including new customer acquisition and existing relationships with consumers.
  • Collaborate with internal marketing teams to drive a focused approach on sales enablement strategy.
  • Work closely with customers to ensure they are successful using RoundGlass products and take regular feedback on product features and improvements.
  • Collaborate with the finance department to develop and manage the sales department's budget.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Business, Sales & Marketing, or a related field with 18+ years of strong sales and business development experience.
  • Proven experience in sales and customer service management, with a successful track record of achieving sales targets and improving customer satisfaction in SaaS organizations of global scale and repute.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to perform at their best.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to make informed decisions and drive improvements.
  • Familiarity with CRM software, sales tools, and customer service platforms.
  • Knowledge of the industry's regulations, market trends, and best practices.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
