Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Renewal Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing customer renewals for software subscription products, helping migrate customers to our platform, and ensuring high customer satisfaction during the renewal cycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Executing all phases of subscription renewal lifecycle, including notifying customers of renewal, building quotes, and closing renewals opportunities for accounts
  • Notifying and assisting customers with migrating to our ordering platform at the time of renewal
  • Finding and executing upsells within the customer base
  • Ensuring invoice accuracy and working closely with finance to ensure payment collection
  • Analyzing data and trends to identify growth opportunities

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly detail-oriented with the ability to handle a large volume of accounts, tasks, and responsibilities
  • Strong customer service, listening, and presentation skills
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience with SaaS-based applications
  • Preferably experience working with Salesforce.com
  • Self-starter with high energy, positive attitude, and customer-focused mindset
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
