Job Title: SAP Utilities Technical Consultant

We are seeking an experienced professional to design, analyze, develop, and support SAP IS-Utilities solutions, particularly focusing on smart meter technology and integration between SAP Device Management and MDUS.

  • Design and develop SAP IS-Utilities solutions, including smart meter technology and integration between SAP Device Management and MDUS.
  • Implement and integrate Smart Meter technology, including integration between SAP Device Management and MDUS with ITRON meters.
  • Work on AMI functionalities in SAP IS-U to trigger SMART Metering scenarios with ITRON Meter.
  • Utilize BDT, EEWB, CAWM, AET Tools for screen enhancement.
  • Develop solutions for Re-connection/Disconnection/Immediate Read/On-demand read scenarios.
  • Enhance smart scenarios with inbound and outbound proxies under the service order management area.
  • Manage Campaign Management, including assigning customers to target group creation and campaign execution.
  • Utilize Print Work Bench tools to create forms and letters.
  • Create templates for generating test data in the IS-U system.
  • Work on the latest versions of Device Management, Billing, and ISU EHP4 systems.
  • Identify, raise, and resolve issues, providing solutions for specific work deliverables.
Required Skills:
  • Extensive skill set in SAP Device Management, Billing, and SAP IS-Utilities.
  • Strong ABAP Technical expertise.
  • Knowledge of Smart Meter technology and integration between SAP Device Management and MDUS with ITRON meters.
  • Experience with middleware settings for CRM and ISU applications.
  • Advanced skills in integration with ITRON smart Meter and new version of CRM 7.0 Web User Interface.
  • Specialized in AMI functionalities in SAP ISU.
  • Proficiency with BDT, EEWB, CAWM, AET Tools for screen enhancement.
  • Experience with Re-connection/Disconnection/Immediate Read/On-demand read developments.
  • Knowledge of Master Data Templates and Parked documents.
  • Specialized in Campaign Management and Print Work Bench tools.
  • Ability to create test data templates in IS-U system.
  • Experience working in multiple domains (Energy and utility, Mining, Telecom, and Banking).
  • Strong problem-solving and issue resolution skills.

Education and qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
