Job Title: Brand Strategist

The role requires a dynamic professional who is deeply passionate about culture, news, and trends. The ideal candidate must have an expert understanding of how to bring these elements to life through impactful social content and campaigns that are tailored to each platform.

A successful candidate must possess impeccable attention to detail, be obsessed with innovating and improving our content strategy through testing and reporting, and be comfortable with fast-paced marketing and managing shifting priorities.

  • Leads on bringing the brand's social strategy to life across all platforms and focuses on building brand relevance and love through agile and cultural social marketing.
  • Develops social activations that surprise and delight followers and spotlights Creators that the company works with.
  • Creates a robust social media strategy to boost following and visibility across various platforms.
  • Develops new case studies in sync with internal stakeholders and publishes them via different channels.
  • Emails Influencers and clients on topics of their interest.
  • Drives one-on-one sessions with Influencers on different topics on social media.
  • Arranges meetups and meets with influencers to build relationships.
  • Manages the One Impression Blogs and manages the pipeline of content that has to go live to attract audiences and publishes the same over different platforms.
  • Manages Google Reviews and drives more reviews with Influencers.
  • Makes an inventory of video testimonials and business case studies to be published on the One Impression website.
  • Develops new initiatives and projects to market the company as a global brand.
  • Identifies and defines the most important social media KPIs and monitors them regularly.
  • Creates a monthly social media calendar with relevant special days, hashtags, and occasion-specific campaigns.
  • Measures performance, makes timely adjustments, and works cross-functionally as an informed consultant.
  • Analyzes insights to fine-tune the social media strategy for more reach and higher engagement.
  • Runs ad campaigns on social media platforms and optimizes them to deliver better results.
  • Prepares and submits monthly reports to internal stakeholders covering performance, reach, engagement, and ROI.
  • Keeps track of the latest trends, hashtags, and developments on social media and uses it to create content and improve overall performance.
  • Manages and oversees the creation of high-quality content - both written and visual - for the social media platforms.
  • Owns the visual look and feel of each platform, tone of voice, and daily editorial optimization.
  • Develops a social audience evaluation and segmentation strategy across the brand's social media presence.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in social media marketing, email marketing, content marketing, and building relationships.

Preferred Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will be inspired by good creativity, thrive on culture, and have a deep understanding of how social media plays a crucial part in building a brand.

The ideal candidate will also have a proven record of developing best-in-class and innovative social content, deep knowledge of social channel best practices, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
