Job Description

Xllent Corporate Services Pvt Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Senior Quality Assurance Analyst to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead QA projects and teams to ensure high-quality software delivery.
  • Design and implement automation testing strategies using tools like Selenium, Cypress, and Playwright.
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to diagnose complex issues and implement effective solutions.
  • Ensure comprehensive cross-browser and mobile testing using cloud-based platforms like BrowserStack or Sauce Labs.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance, including at least 2 years in a senior or lead role.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in automation testing using tools like Selenium, Cypress, or similar frameworks.
  • Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes, with a focus on both functional and non-functional testing.
  • Proven problem-solving abilities, with a demonstrated capacity to diagnose complex issues and implement effective, sustainable solutions.
  • Extensive experience in cross-browser and mobile testing, utilizing cloud-based platforms like BrowserStack or Sauce Labs for comprehensive coverage.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced certifications in software testing (e.g., ISTQB) are a plus.
  • Extensive experience with full-stack testing, including expertise in frontend, backend, APIs, databases, and mobile platforms.
  • Experience with tools like Postman for API testing or JMeter for performance testing is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of DevOps practices, with hands-on experience in integrating QA processes within CI/CD pipelines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical issues and collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to innovate and introduce new tools or processes that enhance QA efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, agile development environment, with a proven ability to adapt to changing priorities and deliver high-quality results under tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems like Git, with experience integrating automated tests into the development lifecycle.
  • Experience in leading and mentoring QA teams, with a strong focus on developing junior talent and fostering a collaborative team culture.
