Job Overview

We are seeking a Quality Assurance Lead for our office in Bangalore. This is a full-time, mid-level position, ideal for candidates with 4 to 6 years of relevant experience. The Quality Assurance Lead role requires a diligent and analytical professional to oversee and ensure the highest quality standards across our projects and operations. The successful candidate will be instrumental in maintaining our rigorous quality assurance and transparency standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor customer interaction calls to ensure compliance with our quality and transparency standards.
  • Generate detailed reports using Google Sheets and Excel, highlighting areas of concern and suggesting improvements.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure quality assurance aligns with customer satisfaction goals.
  • Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance our quality assurance processes.
  • Train and mentor junior quality auditors, setting clear expectations and monitoring performance.
  • Ensure all projects adhere to our no-delays policy, implementing corrective measures when necessary.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in quality auditing, preferably within the construction or tech-enabled industries.
  • Proficiency in call monitoring and call audit processes to ensure the highest standards of customer interaction.
  • Advanced skills in Google Sheets and Excel for data analysis and reporting.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with different teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical capabilities to review processes and identify areas for improvement.
  • A keen eye for detail to ensure all aspects of a project meet our stringent quality standards.
  • Experience in sales call audit, providing a balanced perspective on both quality assurance and customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adhering to strict deadlines and delivering high-quality results.
