  • Scout and onboard influencers, talents, and content creators; maintain a talent database.

  • Track projects for each talent, ensuring smooth execution.
  • Manage end-to-end collaborations and partnerships with talents.
  • Coordinate talent payments and client servicing.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree (mandatory).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in talent management or influencer marketing (preferred).
  • Strong relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
