About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to join our team as a Process Associate/Developer, Customer Service. You will be responsible for:

  • Demonstrating innovation and intuition in identifying areas requiring operational adaptation and/or improvement.
  • Responding to customer queries and concerns.
  • Maintaining a deep understanding of client processes and policies.
  • Reproducing customer issues and escalating product bugs.
  • Providing excellent customer service to our customers.

Key Qualifications

  • A Graduate degree in any discipline.
  • Excellent proficiency with written English and a neutral accent.
  • Critical thinking and analytical skills.
  • An ability to work well both independently and within a collaborative environment.
