We are seeking a highly motivated and innovative individual to join our team as a Process Associate. As a Process Associate, you will play a key role in shaping the future of work by driving operational adaptation and improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide support for data collection to enable account recovery
  • Maintain a deep understanding of client processes and policies
  • Reproduce customer issues and escalate product bugs
  • Provide excellent customer service to our customers
  • Demonstrate capacity for critical thinking and analysis
  • Exhibit proven work ethic with ability to work independently and collaboratively

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field
  • Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
  • Effective probing skills and analytical abilities
  • Excellent proficiency in written English with neutral accent
  • Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends
