Job Description

As a transformation leader, you will work at the cutting edge of AI, automation, and digital innovation to drive change for global enterprises and solve business challenges that matter.

  • Lead and manage financial and accounting discussions with clients, leveraging deep expertise in record to report, procure-to-pay, and order to cash domains.
  • Contribute to proposals, transformation projects, and solutions to drive improvements.
  • Identify and implement margin enhancement opportunities across business units.
  • Develop and implement best practices, frameworks, and benchmarks for financial and accounting processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • CA or MBA (Finance) with record to report domain experience.
  • Recent exposure or experience applying digital solutions to streamline accounting processes and related reporting.
  • Experience of working with consumer product/manufacturing/pharmaceuticals/automotive & consulting industries.
