Acuity Knowledge Partners is hiring a Real Estate Loan Origination Head to oversee the end-to-end lending life cycle activities across various CRE products. In this role, you will work closely with senior leadership to manage client deliverables and expand our offerings through value propositions.
Your key responsibilities include ensuring delivery teams adhere to agreed client SLAs, actively reporting MIS and dashboards, and mentoring junior team members. You will also be responsible for identifying ways to improve efficiency gains and process improvements.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of CRE lending products and platforms, as well as knowledge of U.S. Commercial Real Estate industry across all property types. Experience in analyzing CRE loan originations, underwriting commercial properties, and preparing Asset Summary Reports is also essential.
A minimum of 5 years of team management experience, including clients, is required. Excellent written, verbal communication, logical, and analytical skills are also necessary.
