Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Sr. Manager-Land Transaction to join our team. As a key member of our land acquisition team, you will be responsible for handling land outright sales, joint development, and other transactions. Your excellent communication skills, analytical mindset, and ability to build relationships with developers, investors, and corporate clients will be essential in driving business growth.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
i. Prior experience in handling land transactions, including outright sales and joint development projects
ii. Strong knowledge of the Coimbatore micro market
iii. Connections with existing developers, investors, and corporate clients in Coimbatore and rest of Tamil Nadu
iv. Excellent communication and negotiation skills
v. Ability to analyze financial data and make informed decisions
vi. Proficiency in Excel and presentation skills
vii. Good analytical and problem-solving skills
viii. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field
Certifications in real estate or finance are a plus.
