Job Opportunity: Procurement Executive

We are seeking a skilled Procurement Executive to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have experience in procurement processes, including strategic sourcing, forecasting, conducting research, negotiating with vendors, evaluating bids, analyzing data, and developing and implementing procurement strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Devising and executing effective procurement and sourcing strategies.
  • Exploring profitable suppliers and establishing procurement partnerships.
  • BUILDING LONG-TERM RELATIONSHIPS WITH VENDORS IN THE INDUSTRY.
  • Preparing Block Estimates for all projects.
  • Preparing BOQ's and obtaining necessary approvals from stakeholders.
  • Seeking proposals as per BOQ's.
  • Comparing proposals for price and specifications.
  • Negotiating with vendors to reduce costs.
  • Reviewing contract specifications on behalf of the company.
  • Assisting in finalizing vendors.
  • Communicating with vendors to ensure timely product delivery.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Procurement Executive. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the entire procurement process, from initial research to final contract execution.

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • At least 4 years of experience in procurement or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
