Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our corporate travel team. As a Corporate Travel Consultant, you will be responsible for handling end-to-end travel arrangements for employees, management, and guests.

Responsibilities include coordinating domestic and international travel bookings, maintaining records of bookings, cancellations, and re-schedulings, and liaising with travel agents, vendors, and service providers to ensure cost-effective and timely services.

You will also assist with visa applications, travel insurance, and foreign exchange as required, track travel expenses, and submit reports to the management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle end-to-end travel arrangements for employees, management, and guests.
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel bookings.
  • Maintain records of all bookings, cancellations, and re-schedulings.
  • Liaise with travel agents, vendors, and service providers.
  • Assist with visa applications, travel insurance, and foreign exchange.
  • Track travel expenses and submit reports to the management.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Graduate in any discipline; a diploma in Travel and Tourism is a plus.
  • 4–6 years of experience in a corporate travel desk or travel agency.
  • Strong organizational, coordination and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and Outlook).
  • Familiarity with travel booking platforms.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and manage last-minute requests efficiently.
