Job Title: Human Resources Intern

As a Human Resources Intern, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the HR team with various projects and initiatives. Your primary responsibility will be to assist in managing HR datasets, trackers, and dashboards to ensure accuracy and reliability.

Some of your key tasks will include:

  • Supporting HR analytics by generating reports, identifying trends, and creating visual insights for decision-making.
  • Conducting research on HR best practices, benchmarks, and future-of-work trends.
  • Analyzing employee survey data and providing insights to improve engagement and culture initiatives.
  • Coordinating HR programs and initiatives, ensuring timely communication and follow-up with stakeholders.
  • Assisting in planning and running employee engagement events, workshops, and learning sessions.
  • Supporting HR team members in recruitment, onboarding, and documentation activities.

You will also be responsible for maintaining internal communication channels to share updates on HR initiatives and events.

To excel in this role, you should possess strong skills in Excel/Google Sheets, as well as knowledge of Power BI, SQL, or visualization tools. You should also be curious, analytical, detail-oriented, with excellent organizational and coordination skills. Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities are also essential.

As an HR Intern, you will gain hands-on experience working with HR data, metrics, and people analytics tools. You will also have exposure to research-driven HR projects, including benchmarking studies, survey analysis, and culture diagnostics. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to plan and execute HR events and initiatives, learning how to create meaningful employee experiences.
