Job Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date HR reports, dashboards, and metrics to support strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate with different HR teams to gather data, generate insights, and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Utilize analytical tools such as Excel, Power BI, or Tableau to automate reports and streamline processes.
  • Provide accurate and timely data for audits, compliance, and internal reporting purposes.
  • Identify areas for improvement and suggest initiatives to enhance HR efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • Graduate/Postgraduate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in HR MIS or HR analytics.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Excel and data analysis skills.
  • Experience with HRMS platforms and analytics tools is beneficial.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
