Job Title: Senior Research Analyst

Key Responsibilities:
  • Entity Management & Platform Administration
  • We manage the setup and maintenance of entities for our business, including Luxembourg (Lux) entities in the Diligent platform.
  • Comprehensive reference data is set up across multiple platforms including Diligent, App 2, eFront, and PE AUM Portal.
  • Ongoing data cleanup and maintenance activities are executed in the Diligent platform as required.
  • Larger-scale data cleanup initiatives are supported in Diligent as directed by enablement stories.
  • Data Integrity & Reconciliation
  • Regular reconciliations and validations are performed between all platforms to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
  • Monitoring and maintenance of data integrity across systems is ongoing.
  • Discrepancies in data are identified and resolved in a timely manner.
  • Quality control measures are implemented to prevent data inconsistencies.
  • Fund Operations & Structure Management
  • Fund structure setup is executed for our Alternatives book of business.
  • Legal entity documentation is organized and maintained for Alternative investments.
  • Support is given to fund lifecycle management from inception through wind-down.
  • Process Improvement & Documentation
  • Legal entity workflow diagrams and process documentation are developed and maintained.
  • Process reengineering initiatives are led, starting with Alternatives business and expanding to non-Alternatives operations.
  • Standard operating procedures for entity management processes are created and updated.
  • Opportunities for automation and process optimization are identified.
  • Junior team members are mentored and guidance is provided on complex entity management issues.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in fund administration, legal entity management, or financial services operations.
  • Experience with alternative investment structures (private equity, hedge funds, real estate, etc.) is required.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency with Diligent Entities platform is required.
  • Experience with fund administration systems (eFront, PE AUM Portal, or similar platforms) is preferred.
  • Advanced Excel skills and database management experience are essential.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities are necessary.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in data management are critical.
  • Knowledge & Competencies:
  • Understanding of legal entity structures and corporate governance is required.
  • Knowledge of alternative investment fund structures and operations is essential.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements for investment funds is necessary.
  • Experience with Luxembourg entities and structures is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills are required.
