Regional Order Servicing Coordinator

Job Summary:
- Manage order servicing for regional sales teams within a defined framework, ensuring timely issue resolution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Validate demand over the horizon, prioritizing orders and customers based on available data.
- Verify demand against POs, LCs, regulatory clearances, artwork details, SKU codes, IL checks, manufacturing license verification, minimum shelf-life requirements, pre-shipment document submission to customers, and timelines.
- Analyze order status in our systems.
- Collect information on scheduling, material receipt, and dispatch schedules.
- Highlight potential issues affecting defined timelines.
- Take end-to-end ownership of assigned orders for regions.
- Coordinate documentation related to shipments with CFT teams.
- Drive shipment planning with logistics teams, mitigating risks and delays to avoid demurrage/penalties.
- Attend meetings to gather data and updates on open orders for regions.
- Identify issues (e.g., artwork approval, batch size, minimum order quantity) to be resolved/approved/exempt by sales teams.
- Arrange cross-functional meetings to resolve bottlenecks affecting priority orders, ensuring on-time-in-full (OTIF) delivery.
- Gather feedback from timely resolutions with concerned stakeholders.
- Identify outstanding/open orders for defined priority customers.
- Analyze issues requiring immediate escalation to cross-functional teams for timely resolutions.
- Prioritize orders/customers based on defined parameters.
- Engage key stakeholders to resolve outstanding issues.
- Provide detailed analysis to the Head of Emerging Market SCM on outstanding orders for discussion.
Supply Chain Technology and Automation:
- Identify opportunities for implementing IT & automation in Order Management processes, improving supply chain visibility.
- Drive implementation and rollout of IT & technology automations within SCM, jointly with IT.
