Transformation Executive Role

We are seeking an accomplished Transformation Leader to spearhead our India operations' alignment with global strategy. This pivotal role will focus on prioritizing and delivering high-value projects, driving growth through manufacturing expansion, customer acquisition, R&D, and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Steer the alignment of India operations with Weatherford's worldwide strategy
  • Prioritize and execute high-return-on-investment projects (manufacturing development, customer growth, R&D, innovation)
  • Coordinate efforts across Supply Chain, Manufacturing, R&D, Supplier Quality, and TCS for seamless execution
  • Establish a Project Management Office-lite framework, set Key Performance Indicators, and track project progress
  • Drive cost reduction, quality improvement, and innovation initiatives
  • Navigate stakeholder engagement with leadership, suppliers, and customers
  • Foster governance through regular reviews and quarterly sprints

Performance Metrics & Targets

  • Achieve revenue growth of 2 times by 2027
  • Reduce lead time by 15-20%
  • Increase global supplier spend from India by a significant margin
  • Decrease supply chain costs by 20-30%
  • Attain a supplier quality audit rating of 95%
  • Boost patent filings by 50%
  • Achieve 90% project completion within budget and timeline
  • Maintain 90% stakeholder satisfaction

Essential Skills & Qualifications

  • 15+ years of experience in the oil and gas industry or equivalent, with expertise in project management, supply chain, and digital transformation
  • Demonstrated ability to scale operations or drive large-scale change
  • Strong stakeholder management skills to navigate partnerships with Global Weatherford, Suppliers, and Customers
  • Familiarity with Weatherford's technology-driven approach (e.g., Supply Chain practices, Manufacturing, Operations, Supplier Quality, IoT, AI, R&D&E, digital twins)
  • Exceptional leadership and communication abilities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., PMP certified or equivalent)

Requirements

  • Possess a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent

Travel Requirements

  • This role may involve 5% domestic and international travel
