Strategic Sales and Business Development Manager

About the Role
">We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Account Manager to join our team at Drew Marine. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about sales, business development, and providing exceptional customer service.
">Key Responsibilities
">- ">
- Actively promote and sell Drew Marine products, systems, and services to clients within a designated geographic area or business segment.">
- Prepare and expedite proposals for products and equipment for assigned accounts and follow the bid process through to final conclusion.">
- Manage assigned accounts in a professional and efficient manner, consistent with good technical sales practice.">
- Establish and execute a customer contact plan to ensure timely and effective communication with clients.">
- Meet annual sales targets by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.">
- Develop and facilitate sales presentations to clients and prospective clients.">
- Continuously monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement.">
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records on assigned accounts and potential new account activities.">
Requirements and Qualifications
">- ">
- 5 years' sales experience, with at least 4 years' in the maritime industry.">
- Good organizational and analytical skills, as well as the ability to motivate and communicate effectively with staff.">
- A working knowledge of different software systems and strong computer usage experience.">
- A Bachelor's degree in Marine, Chemical, or Mechanical Engineering, and up to 2 years' experience in an equivalent sales role.">
