Key Responsibilities:

- Negotiate contracts and agreements with OEMs to ensure mutually beneficial terms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align product development with OEM specifications.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities within the OEM sector.
- Provide technical support and training to OEM partners to enhance product integration and performance.
- Analyze sales data and prepare reports to evaluate the performance of OEM partnerships.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 10-15 years of experience in OEM management or a related field.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Proven ability to develop and maintain strategic partnerships.
- Technical understanding of products and services offered to OEMs.
- Experience with market analysis and understanding customer needs.
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners.
- Proficiency in project management tools and CRM software.
