Global Operations Manager

This role is responsible for overseeing the operations of the Mission Control Global Operations Centre (GOC) staff and processes within a specific region.
The successful candidate will collaborate with other regional GOC leads to ensure seamless coverage, work closely with Central Office to manage incident and risk frameworks, and oversee 3rd party audits within their region.
The ideal candidate will be self-motivated and able to initiate and complete projects independently, as well as coordinate with regional associates to provide 24x7 coverage.
The incumbent will also be responsible for managing all program activities in accordance with the incident escalation framework, identifying risks, problems, and events resulting from incidents, and maintaining accurate documentation related to MCF Operations.
Additionally, they will ensure that the Service Level Agreement (SLA) is met as per the client's expectation and coordinate weather alerts as necessary.
