Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Telematics Engineer to join our team at Maruti Suzuki India Limited. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software architecture, data analysis, and vehicle communication protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Requirement gathering of use cases from stakeholders and feasibility study of analysis through telematics.
  • Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from cloud, clean data, and convert into meaningful insights and visualize for analysis and product development.
  • Handling of market feedbacks and warranty issues related to vehicle telematics.
  • Project management, dealing with internal & external agencies, design coding, and implementation.
  • FTA approach for solving complex market issues. Diagnose and resolve customer complaints.

Desired Skills:

  • Good understanding on software architecture, interface with other vehicle ECUs (DCM, BCM, IPC.) & cloud platforms (AWS, IBM).
  • Hand-on experience in Python language (Pandas, NumPy, Seaborn, Matplotlib etc.), AI/ML modelling, and Power BI.
  • Profound knowledge on vehicle communication protocols including CAN and LIN.
  • Strong knowledge of IoT communication protocols HTTPS, MQTT, TCP/IP, and Linux OS.
  • Analytical skills and logical approach towards problem-solving.

Working Environment:

The selected candidate will work in a cloud environment (AWS, Google, Azure, IBM) and will be responsible for programming (Python) and visualization (Power BI etc.) and will have working knowledge on data science.
