Technical Architect

We are seeking an experienced M365 architect to join our organization in a technical leadership role.

The ideal candidate will have a robust background in designing and implementing advanced functions of M365, focusing on security, governance, and compliance.

This role involves providing second-level and higher support for M365 apps and Azure/Multi-cloud solutions.

Additionally, the candidate will oversee a team of subject matter experts, manage, and facilitate the design of large-scale solutions within M365 products.

  • Design and implement Microsoft 365 services and solutions.
  • Implement advanced functions of M365 and/or Azure AD Premium, including security, governance, and compliance.
  • Present M365 solutions to stakeholders.
  • Plan and manage M365 projects.
  • Conduct audits and ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Manage change control processes.
  • Provide technical leadership in deploying Microsoft 365.
  • Oversee a team of SMEs and support engineers.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Microsoft 365 services.
  • Stay updated with the latest developments in Microsoft 365 and related technologies.
  • Continuously improve skill sets and stay current with M365 and multi-cloud technologies.

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

  • Expertise in Microsoft 365 services and solutions.
  • Strong presentation skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Microsoft 365 Architect or similar role.
  • Proficient in planning and designing IT solutions.
  • Knowledge of audit and compliance standards.
  • Experience with change control management.
  • ITIL foundation certification.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and software coding.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
