Job Overview:

The Club Operations Director is responsible for overseeing the daily management of a community club, ensuring its smooth and efficient operation. This includes coordinating events, managing staff, and maintaining exceptional customer service standards.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Event Coordination & Planning: Manage and oversee the execution of club events, workshops, speaker sessions, and client visits, guaranteeing seamless delivery and excellent outcomes.
  • Annual Activity Calendar Development: Create and track progress on an annual activity calendar, ensuring all events are meticulously planned and executed with precision.
  • Stakeholder Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact between the club, property owners, external partners, vendors, and members, fostering effective communication and collaboration.
  • Team Leadership & Management: Provide guidance, oversight, and evaluation of team members' responsibilities, ensuring cohesive teamwork and individual performance growth.
  • Budget & Resource Allocation: Assist in managing club budgets, sponsorships, and resource allocation for events, promoting fiscal responsibility and optimal use of resources.
  • Membership Engagement & Experience: Deliver exceptional customer service by creating a welcoming, supportive environment that fosters member loyalty and satisfaction.
  • Health, Safety & Compliance: Ensure the fitness club operates in full compliance with local, state, and industry health regulations, maintaining a safe and healthy environment for all stakeholders.
