Job Title: Community Engagement Specialist

Overview:

We seek a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Community Engagement Specialist. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with users, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.

This role requires exceptional communication skills and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for users, managing day-to-day communication.
  • Scale daily user engagement on the platform by leveraging user-generated content and moderators.
  • Implement strategies for the upskilling and monetization of content creators and moderators to ensure their long-term engagement and success.
  • Work closely with the product team to launch and optimize new features focused on user engagement, retention, and monetization.
  • Create and nurture micro-influencers within the FRND ecosystem to drive engagement and growth.
  • Stay up to date with new social media trends, insights, and best practices. Utilize this information to enhance engagement and grow the platform.
  • Manage and support different speaking communities to foster a positive and interactive environment.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in operations, campaign, or community management in any audience.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships.
  • Strong understanding of culture and language, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in social media platforms and community management tools.
  • Proven ability to work with language-specific content/creators, with an understanding of regional and global content trends.
  • Familiarity with user engagement metrics and tools, as well as the ability to analyze data to drive decision-making.
  • Demonstrated ability to take full ownership of projects and drive them to successful completion.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple projects and priorities.
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
