Academic Faculty Position in Arts Department

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced academic to join our faculty team as an Arts Department Instructor. As a key member of our instructional team, you will be responsible for teaching undergraduate students in various arts subjects, including English, History, Political Science, Sociology, etc.

The ideal candidate should possess a Master's degree in a relevant subject with a minimum of 55% marks (mandatory). A NET/Ph.D. in the respective subject is preferred but not required. The selected candidate will be expected to teach BA program courses as per curriculum guidelines, prepare academic lesson plans, study materials, and assignments, conduct lectures, tutorials, and interactive sessions, evaluate student performance, guide students in academic projects, research work, and seminars, and participate in academic planning, curriculum development, and departmental meetings.

Key qualifications include a strong subject knowledge, excellent communication skills, ability to engage students effectively, proficiency in modern teaching methodologies, and technology-enabled learning. Candidates with prior teaching experience in higher education, especially in arts subjects, are highly desirable.
