  9. Maintaining discipline and ensuring a positive learning environment.">

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree in a relevant subject (e.g., English, History, Political Science, Sociology, etc.) with minimum 55% marks (mandatory).">
  • NET/Ph.D. in the respective subject preferred (as per UGC norms).">
  • Minimum 2-15 years of teaching experience in higher education.">
  • Strong subject knowledge and ability to engage students effectively.">
  • Proficiency in modern teaching methodologies and technology-enabled learning.">
