Brand Strategy Professional

We are seeking a seasoned professional with expertise in brand strategy, marketing, and communication to join our team.

The ideal candidate will provide guidance and ideas to our creative team to launch new impressive projects. They will devise concepts and strategies for specific ventures and monitor their progress.

The successful candidate will be able to implement their creative vision and become the point of reference for any creative plan that wants to make its way to customers.

The goal is to achieve the best possible outcome of our projects both visually and essentially to meet customer expectations and drive our sustainable growth.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Communication Strategy: Develop and manage communication strategies for your account portfolio, including creating quarterly communication strategy decks to be presented to clients.
  • Marketing Plans: Create and implement tailored marketing plans based on individual client requirements.
  • Thought Starter Decks: Develop Thought Starter decks for onboarding new accounts.
  • Campaign Leadership: Lead key campaigns for your account portfolio.
  • Brainstorming and Creative Sessions: Direct brainstorming meetings and creative sessions.
  • Brand Standards: Shape brand standards and create procedures to ensure all communications are aligned.
  • Brand Immersion Exercises: Lead brand immersion exercises for your account portfolio.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in art, graphic design, marketing, communications, journalism, or other relevant fields.
  • A minimum of 5 years' digital experience, particularly with web, social, and emerging technologies.
  • Solid understanding of design, copy, and web practices.
  • Brilliant interpersonal and communication skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of brand development and multichannel marketing models.
  • Must be a creative and strategic thinker.
