Job Summary:
  • Manage daily accounting tasks including general ledger entries, bank reconciliations, vendor and customer ledgers
  • Handle accounts payable and receivable, billing, and reconciliations to ensure timely monthly closures of profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports
  • Ensure compliance with statutory regulations such as GST, TDS, PT, PF/ESIC filings and support audits with schedules and documentation
  • Generate management information reports and provide insights on expenses, collections, and cash flow to inform business decisions
  • Implement internal controls and process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting
  • 5-7 years of accounting experience with strong knowledge of GST and TDS
  • Experience with Zoho Books or similar accounting systems
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Attention to detail, reliability, and ability to work independently
