Job Title : QA/Software Tester Manual & Basic Automation Testing
We are seeking a detail-oriented and meticulous software quality assurance professional with strong skills in manual testing, basic automation, and collaboration. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in test planning, execution, defect tracking, and working closely with developers to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Key Responsibilities :
- Understand business requirements and create detailed, comprehensive test plans and test cases.
- Perform manual functional, regression, and integration testing for web and mobile applications.
- Execute basic automation scripts for repetitive test cases.
- Identify, log, and track defects using bug-tracking tools.
- Collaborate with development and product teams to ensure quality at every stage of the SDLC.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- 13 years of experience in manual testing and basic automation (Selenium, Cypress, or similar).
- Familiarity with SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies.
- Knowledge of basic SQL queries for database validation.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
