Software Quality Assurance Professional

We are seeking a skilled Software Quality Assurance (SQA) professional to fill this challenging role. The ideal candidate will have experience in software verification and validation through various testing types, including smoke testing, sanity testing, black box testing, system testing, regression testing, integration testing, functional testing, and non-functional testing.
- Create comprehensive test plans, scenarios, and cases for thorough evaluation
- Conduct performance testing utilizing JMeter
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders and team members
- Document test results and provide detailed reports
- Have hands-on experience with database testing using Postgres
- Independently handle client coordination for requirement gathering, sign-offs, audits, and UAT
- Should possess knowledge of JIRA, Bugzilla, Zephyr, etc.
- Experience in all stages of software testing, from requirement gathering to defect reporting and tracking
- Should have experience with REST APIs testing using Postman and SOAPUI
- Evaluate and improve the testing process
- Experience in IT projects within the Finance sector is highly desirable
