Sex Therapy Position

A dedicated and compassionate Sex Therapist is required to provide expert guidance and support to individuals facing sexual and psychological health challenges.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough assessments of potential clients' needs through initial discovery calls.
  • Establish trust and rapport with clients during calls, facilitating the development of personalized treatment plans.
  • Pitch and present suitable treatment packages to clients, highlighting the benefits and outcomes of various therapies.
  • Closing sales and ensuring seamless transitions into the treatment process for new clients.
  • Offer supportive counseling and guidance during initial calls to ensure clients feel heard and validated.
  • Provide referrals or resources for clients who may require additional support or are not immediately ready for treatment.
  • Collaborate with a team of therapists to guarantee smooth transitions from discovery calls to ongoing treatment plans.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Sex Therapy, or a related field.
  • Relevant certification or licensure in sex therapy or a related field (dependent on location requirements).
  • Exceptional communication skills, empathy, and an understanding of psychological and sexual health issues.
  • Ability to effectively pitch and close sales in a professional and empathetic manner.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
