Key Responsibilities

The primary objective for this role is to oversee the end-to-end issuance and fulfillment of new business, including workflow management and strategic initiatives to streamline processes through regular engagement with key stakeholders.

This position involves managing key operational tasks and leading data analysis for internal teams to drive business outcomes.

  • Relationship Management:
    • Strengthen relationships with distribution heads through regular communication and performance monitoring.
  • Issuance and Fulfillment:
    • Responsible for managing new business issuance by ensuring daily progress on workflow to meet monthly targets.
    • Drive workflow clearance through hub teams to clear field issues on a daily basis for issuance.
    • Regular governance calls with HUB teams.
    • Responsible for end-to-end workflow management.
    • Identify opportunities for improvement and drive process excellence initiatives for ease of business and enhancing quality measures.
  • Data Analysis:
    • Delivery of reports and analysis on various business parameters to inform action plans.
    • Enable and support distribution with data sets, reports, and dashboards.
    • Collaborate with internal departments on report automation.
    • Prepare presentations for senior management as required.
  • Process Control:
    • Ensure maintenance and updating of SOPs and 4-sheets.
    • Document and control changes in existing processes.
    • Process service requests according to defined SLAs.
  • Projects and Continuous Improvement:
    • Conduct benchmarking internally and externally to establish best-practice delivery standards.
    • Roll out new guidelines for distribution adherence.
  • Team Development:
    • Develop team members to perform effectively and efficiently.
  • Performance Metrics:
    • Monthly governance engagements with distribution leaders.
    • Publishing monthly issuance dashboards.
    • Driving operational efficiencies with distribution teams.
    • Achieve target issuance rates.
    • Drive customer satisfaction through issue resolution and TAT.
    • Complete at least one Green/Black belt project annually.
    • Talent retention, maintaining low attrition levels.
    • Accurate business data reconciliation.
    • User-friendly customization of analytical reports.
    • Number of process improvements deployed.
    • Effective departmental alignment with minimal escalations.
