Job Title: Power Platform Developer

We are seeking a skilled Power Apps Developer to join our team in Pune. As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in designing, building, and maintaining innovative business applications and automation solutions using Microsoft Power Platform.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in developing custom applications using Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven), building automated workflows with Power Automate, including RPA via Power Automate Desktop. They will also create dashboards and reports in Power BI to support data-driven decisions.

The successful candidate will be able to integrate solutions with Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, Teams, Outlook) and Azure (Functions, Logic Apps). They will leverage Dataverse and connectors for secure, scalable data integration.

Candidates should be proficient in problem-solving, with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions. A strong understanding of data modeling, connectors, and APIs is required.

This role requires collaboration with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and translate requirements into technical solutions. The successful candidate will apply best practices for architecture, governance, and security.

The position involves providing support, troubleshooting, and documentation for deployed solutions.

In order to be considered for this role, candidates must have:

  • a degree in Computer Science or IT or a related field;
  • 3-5 years of experience in a related domain.
