As a key member of our product team, we are seeking a highly organized Product Owner to execute our product roadmap. This involves translating strategy into actionable backlogs for efficient development.

The Role

This role is responsible for creating and refining user stories and acceptance criteria based on the product roadmap and business value. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that requirements are clear and achievable.

Key Responsibilities
  • User Story Management: Create, refine, and prioritize user stories and acceptance criteria based on the product roadmap and business value.
  • Agile Ceremonies: Act as the voice of the customer within Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Requirements Clarification: Provide clarification and understanding of user stories and business requirements for the development team.
  • User Story Creation: Write clear, concise user stories with acceptance criteria and dependencies.
  • Quality Assurance: Review and accept completed work to ensure it meets the definition of done and original requirements.
  • Team Collaboration: Foster effective communication between engineering, UX/UI, and the broader product team.
  • Technical Implications: Understand technical implications of product decisions and manage technical debt.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in a Product Owner or Business Analyst role within B2B SaaS.
  • Proven experience working directly with an Agile development team and managing a product backlog.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Solid understanding of the SDLC and Agile methodologies.
  • Ability to translate complex product requirements into clear user stories.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with engineers, designers, and stakeholders.
  • A proactive problem-solving mindset to unblock teams and keep projects moving.
  • Familiarity with project management tools like Jira, Asana, or Azure DevOps.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Marketing, Computer Science).
