About the Position

The Product Analyst will focus on exploring the Oracle Fusion HCM product roadmap, discovering new features, and presenting findings to stakeholders. Key responsibilities include validating business requirements, confirming feasibility, and providing optimal solutions.

Key Qualifications and Skills
  • 7+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion HCM implementation
  • Techno-functional expertise knowledge in Fusion HCM modules (Core HR, Talent and Performance Management)
  • Extensive knowledge in Hire to Retire business processes, Performance, and Talent review Management
  • Experience working through Agile methodology
  • Excellent Communication and presentation skills
  • Good Exposure towards working in highly matrixed setups of Global MNCs
  • Design thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Stakeholder management experience
  • Collaborative mindset with strong understanding of data privacy and compliance regulations
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and maintain product vision, roadmap, and backlog for Oracle Fusion Core HCM
  • Understand business requirements and provide actionable solutions
  • Guide development teams on priority to work on backlog and implement solutions
  • Ensure thorough impact assessment and changes are thoroughly tested before moving to production
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements
  • Work with vendors to stay informed about product roadmaps, new features, and improve business processes
  • Explore new features, perform POCs, and present findings to stakeholders
  • Participate in vendor communities to stay up-to-date on product issues and solutions
  • Collaborate with other product teams to discuss and align end-to-end impact of features and requirements
