We are seeking an experienced professional to lead digital transformation initiatives and Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementation projects. The ideal candidate will oversee end-to-end project execution, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients to ensure seamless delivery of business transformation projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage MS Dynamics 365 implementation and digital transformation projects from initiation to closure.
  • Determine project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables in alignment with business goals.
  • Foster effective stakeholder communication, ensuring expectations are managed across both local and global teams.
  • Collaborate with business and technical teams to ensure solution design aligns with business needs.
  • Evaluate and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies.
  • Maintain adherence to project management best practices, governance, and compliance standards.
  • Monitor and report on project performance, providing clear visibility on progress and outcomes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in information technology or a related field.
  • Proven experience (8+ years) in Project Management, specifically in ERP/CRM projects (preferably MS Dynamics 365).
  • Strong track record in digital transformation projects.
  • Solid understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid).
  • Proficiency in the Japanese language (JLPT N3 or above) and strong communication skills in English.
  • Experience working in a multicultural environment, preferably with Japanese clients.
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Project Management certification is a plus.
