About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive 
Digital Project Manager
 to oversee and drive our digital projects from conception to delivery. The ideal candidate will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage timelines, ensure quality output, and deliver exceptional digital experiences that align with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and deliver digital projects (websites, campaigns, apps, digital products) within scope, timeline, and budget.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (design, content, marketing, development) and external partners/vendors.
  • Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success metrics.
  • Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement solutions to overcome challenges.
  • Prepare project documentation, reports, and updates for stakeholders.
  • Ensure smooth communication between creative, technical, and business teams.
  • Drive continuous improvement by analyzing project outcomes and optimizing processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or related field.
  • Proven experience (2–3 years) managing digital projects or campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of digital platforms, web development processes, and digital marketing tools.
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
  • Strong communication and leadership abilities.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (Asana, Trello, Jira, or similar).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
  • Knowledge of SEO, analytics, and digital media trends.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification.
