Job Opportunity
  • Key responsibilities include overseeing the management of IT assets, ensuring compliance with asset life-cycle protocols and coordinating with on-site support teams for seamless backend support.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for managing off-role asset resources, integrating Asset tools, and developing a rapport with on-site support teams.
  • They will also lead various initiatives to drive service improvements plans in the Asset management domain and ensure smooth inventory management.
  • Inventory management involves updating asset user details and maintaining accurate stock levels in ITSM tools. The candidate should have good understanding of various tools like remedy AD SCCM and other tool integrations.
  • Additional responsibilities include generating reports based on asset physical verification data, ensuring timely laptop and desktop allocation within SLA, and tracking vendor issues until closure.
  • This role requires effective coordination with internal teams for exit clearance end-to-end tasks and ensuring 100% accuracy in AMDB transactions.

Required Qualifications:
12-15 years experience in IT asset management with knowledge of asset life-cycle management.
