Job Title: Billing Specialist
The ideal candidate for this role will have experience in preparing and sending invoices, as well as working with accounting processes and controls. This position also requires excellent customer service skills and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with other departments to prepare pre-bill documents and verify their accuracy.
- Enter data accurately into systems to modify projects and ensure timely invoicing.
- Assist Accounting in applying revenue recognition and validating sales tax on invoices.
- Provide top-notch customer service to both internal and external customers.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Analyze problems and resolve them independently.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience in a Billing position or equivalent degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Experience in Project Billing and/or Project Accounting is preferred.
- Knowledge of Windows Operating Systems, network storage, and archival technologies.
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
Additional Requirements:
- The ability to translate client and inter-company invoices from English into Arabic.
- Issuance of Arabic invoices in right-to-left format.
