Job Title: Financial Operations Coordinator

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Financial Operations Coordinator to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fast-paced startup environment and gain hands-on experience in accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Invoice Processing: Generate and process invoices accurately, ensuring timely delivery to clients.
  • Payment Tracking: Monitor and track payments from clients, identifying discrepancies and resolving them promptly.
  • Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with clients via written and verbal follow-ups on outstanding payments and billing inquiries.
  • Reconciliation: Reconcile accounts to ensure all payments are accounted for and discrepancies are addressed promptly.
  • Reporting: Prepare reports on accounts receivable status and aging to keep management informed about outstanding balances.
  • Collections: Initiate collections efforts, sending reminders and statements as needed.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and company policies.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with colleagues in the finance department and cross-functional teams to resolve payment issues and improve processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.
  • Experience: Years of experience with SAP in accounts receivable.
  • Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong attention to detail, organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel), basic knowledge of accounting principles, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meet deadlines, problem-solving, analytical skills, and teamwork.
